Paid higher than all the other options, with great service. Only thing is the phone was received yesterday morning but not assessed and valued until today, however coming up to Christmas I’m assuming it will be busier than normal, taking into account that and the difference between the next option it was well worth the extra day. Having had previous bad experiences with a similar company (m@zum@) I would definitely recommend going for Grade over them. I was offered the maximum up to price plus a small bonus for sending in quickly. Take photos/videos of your phone with the flash on prior to sending, it will a) show up any flaws and help you describe it accurately and manage expectations and b) give you some protection of Royal Mail mess up. Nothing bad to say about Grade and if they remain as competitive as they are just now, then I will definitely come back to them the next time I need to recycle some tech. Order 217761

I recently sold my iPhone 13 Pro Max to Grade Mobile, and the entire process was seamless and efficient. From start to finish, I was kept informed at every step. Sending the phone was simple: I took it to the post office, scanned the provided QR code, and the next day, I received both a text and an email confirming that the device had been received and was being checked by their automated systems.The following day, I received an offer of £425, slightly lower than the maximum quoted value of £535. My phone was a newly refurbished replacement from O2 Insurance that I hadn’t used, so I had hoped for a bit more. However, I noticed that rejecting the initial offer might lead to a counteroffer. Ultimately, I chose to accept the £425 for convenience. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
