I received a small gesture from grade mobile however the review could be positive or negative. My order number was 293283.I’m 71 and live alone. My children heard of a relative who had fallen and was not discovered until the next day. They suggested I get an Apple Watch. I ordered on Amazon and received it the next day! I went for refurbished rating ´good’ and I honestly can’t see any marks etc on the watch.I am delighted and it’s exceeded my expectations. You get watch, watch strap and charger in the box. I used YouTube to see how to connect the straps - it was simple btw. Charging takes a while but once past 50% software update can be done. Linking my Apple phone was easy too.Grade Mobile were a great choice.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
