Easy to order, good value for money, arrived quickly and easy to set up with a sim only phone account. The handset seems to be in good condition, the only small thing is that it was advertised as like new but does have one or two quite noticeable scratches to the edges. I’ve only had it set up for a day so I’m yet to test the battery life properly. Overall a good purchase though if you don’t want to spend a fortune on a phone or get tied up in an expensive contract. I have now ordered 3 apple products from Grade Mobile, and each time the products have exceeded my expectations. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro silver 128gb and thought the £10 off for the ‘like new’ grade was a good deal as it was about £40’less than other sellers at £399. However, I saw a 15% discount till the 22nd on their own site which I thought had no chance of working but it did. So, got a 13pro 128gb It’s perfect 90% battery (just fell over the line there, but very happy with it), for £339. Very impressed, keep up the good work as most of us can neither afford, or feel it wrong to spend £1K on a phone.

Was pleasantly surprised by the service provided. They were in touch (SMS) to explain the steps. Postal pack arrived quickly. Once I had sent my phone it was received next day and they let me know. Was dreading a lowered valuation for my handset but they actually gave me £4 more than the quote! Yay!

The whole process was 99% great!When I carried out a search for somewhere to sell my phone, I was suprised to see Grade Mobile quote significantly higher than anyone else.I was still hesitant until I got paid as some things are too good to be true. Not in this case, everything went smoothly, would totally recommend Grade Mobile to anyone.The only thing I would change is the type of packaging Grade Mobile sent me, I had a bubble wrap bag and a plastic sealable envelope. I would prefer a cardboard sleeve type packaging, as it is a bit sturdier and just for peace of mind.Finally, in all openess and honesty - I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.Order ID: #216548#

The whole process was very straight forward - from the quick arrival of packaging to send the phone off to the provision of a quote. Whilst lower than the original valuation, the price I received for the phone didn’t feel unreasonable given its condition and age. Would use again.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
