Incredibly smooth service and fast payment
I found Grade Mobile via a link on moneysupermarket to 'sell your phone'. Their quote was in the top 3 offers to be paid (and wasn't too far off what I intended to sell for privately, so thought I'd give it a try and take all the hassle away from creating an ebay auction, or listing elsewhere and having to negotiate with buyers wanting a low deal). I knew my phone would meet their requirments for the highest price / best condition, so I registered and sent my phone off the same day (I decided to ship myself to ensure I had full cover of up to £500).I immediately had access to my customer dashboard (which is great to track progress). The next day I received notification that the phone had been received and was being reviewed, not long after the maximum offer came through with the report than my phone was in grade A condition.Funds were transferred within 24hrs. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
