Excellent experience. Previous review also excellent, but unfortunately had a blip with phone and needed to return requested another like for like, exchange. They couldn’t be more understanding and accepted my request. Barely any delay and received another phone in great condition and has worked perfectly and I love it. I may have had a problem initially, but phone was in good condition, but like life, you can’t guarantee parts you use and mine had a blip. I still would highly recommend this company for their phones, and their customer service. They kept me updated and corresponded at all times and supplied another great condition phone within a week.

I bought an iPhone XR from Grade mobile about 2 years ago, after a year I decided to upgrade to iPhone 12 Pro and traded in the XR against it as I was signing up for a 12 month lease. No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
You can cancel anytime within 30 days of the day you receive the product by written notice. If the device is brand new, it must be unopened when you return the device back to us, otherwise you may be subject to fees; best to check your contract or give us a call so we can go through your options with you. When you return the device you must ensure all pass codes and accounts such as iCloud and Google are removed before shipping the device back to us.
You will not be able to 'buy' the device, but your contract is a minimum term, meaning you can continue to pay your monthly subscription and retain the device. Alternatively you can return the device and take out another model, as if you were upgrading.
Naturally we have an obligation to make sure we can offer you a lease agreement. So we perform a credit search to check you meet our affordability and security requirements so we can offer you fair and affordable contract.
Yes - You can upgrade at the end of your contract without any additional cost. We will send you your chosen upgrade a few days before the end of the contract, so you have time to transfer your data across before returning the old device back to us within 7 days of the contract end date.
